If you are a volunteer committee member or a professional event manager, you will know what a lot of work it can be to plan and successfully execute a new event. The last thing you need is that feeling of vertigo when something goes wrong.
So, we're here to help. If you have the main entertainment covered, (your outdoor movie) and some food stalls to feed the crowd, (and coffee!) you are a long way toward a successful event.
Planning
Talk to us about the location, your plans for the evening, and your timetable, so we can fit in. If you need a generator for on site power, we'll bring it. If you can't provide tie points or some ground we can hammer pegs into - we will bring ground weights.
Someone needs to speak? We'll provide a microphone.
We have even provided the commentary on the egg and spoon races!
Together it is all a lot easier.
Service for Event Managers
If you are regularly organising events, we would like to be part of your support and supply network.
We can advise you of recent and forthcoming releases for outdoor exhibition, or track down that cult classic movie that is perfect for your themed evening.
Ask us if you need to get permission to use film studio material, or if you need a high quality studio graphic for your printed publicity materials.
If you have sponsors, we will show their advertisements or messages prior to the film.
